Welcome to my devotional page. I have written these devotions specially for those involved in the worship ministry. As you read them daily, I hope you will walk closer with God. Try to do one devotion per day and not all at one go. I pray my devotional thoughts will help you dedicate your music to God.

DAY 24 - GOD IS LOOKING FOR WORSHIPPERS
Scripture Reading: John 4:23-24. Eze 22:30-31
John 4:23-24
23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
Ezek 22:30-31
30 So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one. 31 Therefore I have poured out My indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; and I have recompensed their deeds on their own heads," says the Lord GOD.
Discussion
God can do all things. But is this statement really true ? Think again. The Bible verses above show us the 2 categories of people God is looking for, intercessors and worshippers. So God can do all things except that He cannot make you a worshipper. God can give you a gift of the Holy Spirit or appoint you into the office of a Prophet or Apostle. But God cannot make you worship Him. Worship is always a matter of our own choice. God will not force it on us. The eye of God is scanning across the globe trying to find worshippers and intercessors.
Some people attend worship services to be observers. They enjoy the good music but will not sing praises, lift their hands or participate in worship activities. It is their choice not to worship. Remember God is looking for worshippers. The next time you are observing a worship service, remember that God is looking for worshippers.
Prayer
Father, forgive me if I have not been worshipping You daily. I make a choice today to worship You. I pray that I will not be just a spectator in a worship service but be a participator.
